What information of yours is collected

How we use the information
To interact with you. We use your contact information, whether it is your email, or phone number, along with your name, and purchase history, to contact you for a variety of reasons, which include to offer you products we feel would make sense for you, or to obtain your feedback on your experience, our sites, our products, and things we could do better for you in the future.

How we share information
Public sharing. The information you share with us publicly, such as testimonials, posts, comments, and sharing in social media are information of yours that can be broadcast across platforms and have its visibility increased by other guests sharing it as well, per our Terms and Conditions, rights to information you publicly share.
Sharing with preferred partner third parties. We will NEVER give your personally identifiable information (willingly) to anyone intent on mass mailing or spamming you. We do not appreciate when it is done to us, and would never engage in that type of behavior. However, we may have service partners who have offers we feel would be advantageous for you due to the information you have shared with us. For third parties to provide services on our behalf. In some instances, we subcontract services from third parties to provide you with quality services on our behalf. When we hire such services, relevant information, such as your contact information and name can be shared, along with a scope of work that is to be performed for you.
For collection efforts. In some instances, where special circumstances have created financial payment plans with customers to allow access to quality names with deferred payment, third party collection efforts and other third party measures may be engaged to enforce the terms of the plan's agreement. In such cases we may share your relevant information to proceed with collection efforts.
Third party widgets. Some of our services contain widgets and social media features, such as the facebook like or share or Twitter "tweet" link. These widgets and features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on the Services, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Widgets and social media features are either hosted by a third-party or hosted directly on our Services.
To comply with law enforcement. Our loyalty to our customer is very important, and we have no desire to become involved in issues regarding legal compliance of our customers, however, our ultimate loyalty is to the people of the USA, and it is a value that is paramount in our priorities. We will share any and all information required to be shared by law enforcement, or legal subpoenas and orders issued to that effect by courts or agencies representing national security. Whether they are issued by USA authorities or international agencies like Interpol, who we feel are vested in upholding the interests of the citizenry of the world, including the best interests of Americans. In the same spirit as we hope international law enforcement will uphold the interests of Americans that may be abused by international entities or people.
How we store information securely
LAN with firewall protection. While we implement safeguards designed to protect your information, such as maintaining a secure LAN system protected by a secure firewall, no security system is impenetrable and due to the inherent nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that information, during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care, is absolutely safe from intrusion by others.
How long we keep information We retain information in perpetuity, for as long as your account information is active or relevant. We also retain some of your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, to support business operations, and to continue to develop and improve our services. If your account is deactivated or disabled, some of your information and the content you have provided will remain in order to allow our anlysis teams to make full use of data for analysis purposes.
Other important privacy information
Corporate Accounts. In some instances, users who have accounts created as part of a larger corporate account will have administrators who control the sharing of their personal information. In those cases, many of the preferences regarding sharing of information will rest on such administrators.
California legislation. California legislature requires that online service providers allow customers the right to deletion of their account information. We extend that courtesy to all parties, regardless of their residence in California. If you wish to have your information permanently deleted from our records, we will abide by your wishes. Third party information may require you to contact them separately to achieve the same effect.
Your information is never for sale. As a policy, we do not sell your information to any third party. The only parties shared are those with confidence, relevance, and usefulness to you.
Children policy. Our services and products are not intended for people under the age of 18. We will not knowingly hold information of any underage person.
